Chalk Block in Downtown Burbank
We’re on the hunt for chalk artists interested in participating in the upcoming Downtown Burbank Arts Festival.
WHEN: June 8th & 9th, 2024 from 11am to 6pm.
WHAT: The event will host a Chalk Block where we will showcase 15+ chalk artists amidst the 175+ handmade artisan booths making up the festival.
WHERE: The festival runs along San Fernando Blvd from Magnolia to Angeleno in Downtown Burbank.
THEME: Artists will create work based on favorite animated movie or television show.
ARTIST DETAILS: A $100 stipend per selected artist will be awarded upon mural completion. Artists must provide their own materials. Best In Show will be awarded in two categories (1) jury review and (2) popular vote.
DEADLINE TO APPLY: April 11, 2024. Applications submitted after this date will be added to our WAITLIST and we will reach out if a spot becomes available.
