Pasadena Spring 2017 Workshop Contract
We are so excited to be back in Pasadena for our Spring fair on April 29th-30th at Central Park located at 275 S. Raymond Ave, Pasadena CA 91105! The fair will be open both Saturday and Sunday, from 10:00am to 5:00pm, and we can't wait to have you there!
Please take a moment to review the below workshop contract. Your signed contract will serve as final confirmation for the hosted workshop.
Jackalope Workshop Contract
By signing the below I acknowledge that I will be hosting a workshop at the April 29th-30th, 2017 Pasadena Jackalope Art & Craft Fair. Workshops will be listed online and if there is a cost involved, Jackalope Arts will facilitate the upfront payment and reimburse the host at time of workshop (unless otherwise discussed). Workshop host will receive list of preregistered participants for check in. Patrons can sign up at the Jackalope information booth day of, or I can facilitate walk ups if capacity is not met.
I acknowledge that I will stay within my workshop scheduled window. Schedule will be sent out once finalized. One Jackalope Staff member will be there to assist setup and activity. Tables and Chairs (seating for up to 24) will be provided underneath the 20x20 Workshop tent. Please note electricity is not available.
As a workshop host this does not qualify me as a Jackalope vendor, vending spaces are handled separately. Therefore the selling of any products is forbidden during my scheduled workshop.
