ARTWalk FAQ
All vendors must have the following:
1. Temporary or Permanent CALIFORNIA'S SELLERS PERMIT from the CA Department of Tax and Fee Administration (CDTFA). Note: vendors selling prepackaged food may be exempt from this requirement.
1. Please mark this address as a temporary business location within your account: 39 S EL MOLINO AVE PASADENA CA 91101-5220 and send us a copy of your permit to have on file.
2. If you are a food vendor, we require a Temporary Food Facility Permit (TFF). You will be receiving your approved TFF permit before the show date. Please print and have with you at your booth.
3. City of Pasadena Special Event Permit (LA city permit / business license is NOT sufficient) - comes with your booth fee.
We do not require a copy of your insurance, however we HIGHLY recommended that you have it - you never know what could happen. As we state in our contract, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage of Artisans property, injury to, or death of the Artisan, or Artisan Sales. Yep! However, please keep your pup on-leash at all times.
No - there is no access to electricity for any vendors
No - please plan to rely on your cellular network.
We will have water for sale at our information booth for $1. Pasadena Playhouse Village & Colorado Blvd (just north of Green St.) is also full of restaurants of all kinds.

• also quite close by, check-in can just be a mess here sometimes

• a little further, still walkable - cool rooftop bar area

Weather will be monitored leading up to the event and if anything out of the ordinary is expected, we will reach out.
There could be. Unfortunately, there is a guest we have seen at recurring events who has become a problem. Typically, he'll cause problems in a few ways:
1) Taking photos of non-consenting people (especially women and minors)
2) Pulling out a hidden Jackalope badge (that he shouldn't have) and pretending he is our staff / asking for freebies from booths. Please do not engage this man.
