Loading Hours:

Friday: 1pm - 5pm

Saturday: Load-in: 7am - 10:30am | Load-out 6pm - 7pm

Sunday: Load-in: 8:30am - 11am | Load-out 6pm - 9pm

Important Reminders:

1) No driving on the grass is permitted at all.

2) We want to make you aware of the City of San Diego’s Single Use Plastic Reduction ordinance. No booth shall distribute plastic and bioplastic straws and utensils unless requested by the customer; or use/distribute polystyrene foam products.

3) The park is very close to an airport. You will hear airplanes flying overhead often. They can interfere with conversation at times, but guests of this area tend to be used to this.

Friday Load-In:

Friday Load-in: Tents and display equipment may be set up on Friday, 1pm-5pm.

Friday Load-in FAQ:

There will be overnight security, but we do suggest you not leave product or valuables overnight, especially in case of rain.

Saturday Load-In:

There will be (2) groups to unload on Saturday:

Bringing your own tent?! If you’re unable to load-in on Friday, please arrive for load-in 7am-8:30am.
Product load in: 8:30am-10:00am.

We suggest you plan to arrive early. There are 200+ artisans and only a finite number of spots around the park, so please plan accordingly.

DO NOT leave your vehicle in the loading zone while you set up.

Please respect your fellow artisans who need to load their equipment into the park. Empty your car and move your vehicle IMMEDIATELY to permanent parking BEFORE set up.

There are many parking options in the area.

Overnight / Security

There will be security overnight (both Friday and Saturday nights). You may leave your tent and display materials up overnight between event days. We suggest you pack up merchandise and we do not recommend you leave valuable or small items. We HAVE experienced theft in the past, so we encourage you to be mindful of your products.

Sunday Load Out

1) Pack up your items FIRST
2) Go get your vehicle.

*Remember to be swift and courteous to your fellow artisans as there are more of you than there are spaces around the park.

Do NOT pack up early, the event is strictly 11am-6pm.

DO NOT PACK UP UNTIL THE EVENT ENDS (6PM EACH DAY). EVERYONE MUST REMAIN SETUP THE ENTIRE TIME, ANYONE WHO PACKS UP EARLY WILL NOT BE INVITED BACK.
