MPLS Parking & Load In/Out
Saturday, August 9th:
All Load in will occur from 7am-10am on Saturday morning. Road closures will be set at 10am until load out on Sunday.
You will be broken up into groups depending on which block your booth is located. You be able to pull up to your booth space to unload- please do NOT block the street, make sure to leave room for vehicles to pass. Once you unload move your vehicle to permanent parking. We will be operating Nicollet Mall as a one way with all traffic heading South.
Group A: From 10th turn right onto Nicollet to enter the event space. Once you unload exit right onto 11th. Food Trucks arrive at 10am.

Group B: From 9th turn left onto Nicollet to enter the event space. Once you unload exit left onto 10th.

Group C: From 8th turn right onto Nicollet to enter the event space. Once you unload exit right onto 9th.
​
Group D: From 7th turn left onto Nicollet to enter the event space. Once you unload exit left onto 8th.

Group E: From 6th turn right onto Nicollet to enter the event space. Once you unload exit right onto 7th. Food Trucks arrive at 10am​

Overnight?
You can leave your tent and display materials up overnight between show days, but we recommend you take your product home. There have been issues of theft on Nicollet Mall and although we will have security Saturday evening, we highly recommend you take product home. NO VEHICLES WILL BE ALLOWED IN BETWEEN FAIR DAYS! We recommend bringing a dolly to take items to your car overnight.
Sunday Load Out
Pack up your items FIRST before you bring your vehicle for load out. You will utilize your same group and street for load out as you did for load in. We have to make sure the street is clear of pedestrians before opening to cars. Please note the street will reopen at 8pm for metro transit.

Please do not leave any trash or empty boxes behind- leave the space how you found it.

DO NOT PACK UP UNTIL THE EVENT ENDS (5PM EACH DAY). EVERYONE MUST REMAIN SETUP THE ENTIRE TIME, ANYONE WHO PACKS UP EARLY WILL NOT BE INVITED BACK.
Rentals and Equipment Suggestions
Each vendor is given a blank slate to work with, no equipment is provided. A 10x10 pop up tent is required for all booths. If you are a half booth, you can coordinate with your booth-mate on who will bring the tent. EVERY TENT MUST BE WEIGHTED, NO STAKING IS ALLOWED ON THE STREET. Nicollet Mall can get windy so proper weights are required.
