Permit Requirements:
CITY Requirements: All participants must obtain a City of Santa Barbara Tax Certificate prior to the event date.
Food Vendor Requirements: Vendors selling food products will be subject to a TFF Permit with the County of Santa Barbara. Jackalope Arts facilitates this TFF permitting process.
The City of Santa Barbara DOES NOT ALLOW STAKING of any kind in their grass. Please come prepared with alternate weights for your tent.
Yep! However, please keep your pup on-leash at all times.
No - there is no access to electricity for any artisans.
We do have electricity access in the bandstand for our musicians.
No - please plan to rely on your cellular network.
We do not require a copy of your insurance, but we recommend you get it. As it states in our contract, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage of Artisans property, injury to, or death of the Artisan, or Artisan Sales. We recommend ACT Insurance.

The fair is rain or shine. While we hope for the best, we will also be prepared. See our RAIN TIPS blog to stay prepared for weather.
Weather will be monitored leading up to the event and if anything out of the ordinary is expected, we will reach out.
