Important Reminders:

1) Staking of any kind into the grass IS NOT ALLOWED. Pack appropriate weights

2) If you wish to drive into the park to load/unload (see map) you must enter at the intersection of Micheltorena and Santa Barbara and stay on the designated path.

3) Driving into the park is only allowed during Friday and Saturday LOAD-IN and Sunday LOAD-OUT. No other times!!

4) No driving into the park between fair days.

Friday Load-In:

Friday Load-in: Tents and display equipment may be set up on Friday, 1pm-5pm.

Load-In Streets: Use the street spots surrounding the park or you can drive in. Unload your vehicle and move to permanent parking before booth setup to make room for the next group.

Friday Load-in FAQ:

There will be overnight security, but we do suggest you not leave product or valuables overnight, especially in case of rain.
Please bring weights for your tent (no stakes)

Saturday Load-In:

Load-In Streets: Use the street spots surrounding the park or you can drive in. Unload your vehicle and move to permanent parking before booth setup to make room for the next group.

We suggest you plan to arrive early. There are 200+ artisans and only a finite number of spots around the park, so please plan accordingly.

DO NOT leave your vehicle in the loading zone while you set up.

Please respect your fellow artisans who need to load their equipment into the park. Empty your car and move your vehicle IMMEDIATELY to permanent parking BEFORE set up.

Lunch Delivery

New lunch delivery service brought straight to you from Team Jackalope. Details TBA but you'll be able to come here and pre-order this lunch item before the fair and we will delivery to your booth between 12:30 and 1:30pm.

Overnight / Security

There will be security overnight (both Friday and Saturday nights). You may leave your tent and display materials up overnight between event days. We suggest you pack up merchandise and we do not recommend you leave valuable or small items. We HAVE experienced theft in the past, so we encourage you to be mindful of your products.

Sunday Load Out

1) Pack up your items FIRST
2) Go get your vehicle.

Sunday Load-out Streets: using the spots surrounding the park or you can drive in the same way as in load in.

*Remember to be swift and courteous to your fellow artisans as there are more of you than there are spaces around the park.

Do NOT pack up early, the event is strictly 10am-5pm.

DO NOT PACK UP UNTIL THE EVENT ENDS (5PM EACH DAY). EVERYONE MUST REMAIN SETUP THE ENTIRE TIME, ANYONE WHO PACKS UP EARLY WILL NOT BE INVITED BACK.
